Cancellation policy
You may cancel your holiday at any time. Charges depend on how far in advance you cancel before your departure date.
Written notice required. Cancellations are only effective on receipt of a written notification or email from the person who made the booking.

If we change or cancel your holiday
In the rare event that we need to change or cancel your booking, we will notify you promptly and work with you on alternatives or a full refund as appropriate.
